Proof, not promise

YONTA. From idea to working system.

YONTA turns unclear ideas and fragmented processes into working digital systems.

YONTA / 03E

From input to working form

The original YONTA study moves through decision and assembly, then resolves into a working form.

The practice

The practice has three layers. The work comes first, followed by the method behind it and a space for experiments.

  1. Digital SystemsProof

Working systems are the core of the practice. Each project is presented through what was built and how it works.

  2. MethodInside the work

The thinking that shapes each system is visible inside the project. It is part of the work, not a separate service.

  3. YONTA LabHorizon

A place for self-initiated experiments with synthetic identities. Each one is clearly labelled as experimental work.

The edit is the method

A problem you can explain becomes a system you can use.

  1. Understand

The ambiguous problem is understood in plain language, together.

  2. Structure

The decisions and the workflow are made explicit and structured.

  3. Build

It is carried into a system that works and stays legible.

Accountable practice

Gencalp Islek

One accountable counterpart, from the first conversation to the working system.

YONTA is led by Gencalp Islek, whose background spans business analysis and development. The work brings analysis, product thinking and implementation together. One person stays accountable from early definition through the build.

Start with the problem.

Describe the idea or process in your own words. That is enough to begin a useful conversation.
